Book out the whole VR experience centre for a private group or party of up to 10 people for 2 hours. The place is yours, you’ll have unlimited access to all equipment, and you can bring your drinks to make it a VR party! Our staff will be there to make sure you have a great time.

Important information

When should I reserve?

As the whole center is going to be used by your group, you better reserve in advance.

Can we play multi player games together?

Yes, we have an extensive game library which includes specific games that are designed for private multiplayer sessions. All headsets are linked together, you can play up to 5 players at once!

Can I watch someone play?

Yes, parents and family members can watch on the game station televisions that broadcast what the player is seeing in real time. In high season however we may limit the number of 'spectators' in the center.

Can I play with my glasses?

It depends on the size of your frames. Our VR headsets are adjustable to accommodate certain frame sizes and they have Interpupilary (IPD) adjustment too. Most people do not have a problem seeing clearly.

Looking for a cool idea for a working group? big family activity, kids party or just hanging out with friends? You can reserve our whole VR center for your group for a 2-hour private session.
We’ve got equipment for 10 people – 4 VR gaming stations, 4 racing sims, 2 flight sim chairs and 6 seated VR games. Your gang can swap around, enjoy everything and play all our games. If you’ve got a bigger group (up to 16 max), you can split the group into two 1-hour sessions, all for the same price.
For kids’ parties, the minimum age is 7. Bring your own cake and grub (pizza, etc), along with disposable plates and forks. Sodas and popcorn can be purchased at the center. Two grown-ups (not playing) need to keep an eye on the kiddos.
Adult group? Bring your own booze, snacks, and disposable utensils. Just remember to take everything with you when the party’s over. Our crew is here to make sure you have a blast.
Keep in mind that private party slots might be limited during busy holiday periods.

  • Our base is at the Tremblant resort. We are situated less than a 2-hour drive from Montreal and Ottawa.
  • Children (aged 8 and over) can be left on site while parents go for a drink for the duration of the activity.
  • Duration: 2h.
  • For guests who choose to reserve in advance (recommended), directions to meeting points will be provided in your reservation by email. Otherwise, directions will be handed to you when you reserve at The Activity Centre.
  • Prices do not include taxes or mandatory resort royalty of 3% and may be subject to change without notice.
