Important information

When should I reserve?

This is a very popular activity. Reservations for weekends, Christmas vacations and spring break should be made 1 or 2 weeks in advance. For any other time, reservations should be made a few days in advance.

Is the equipment provided?

Yes all equipment is provided. Helmet, mitts, snow boots, snowsuit, trail access, gas, insurance and guide.

Is it dangerous?

There is an element of risk in all outdoor activities. Snowmobiles can go as fast as cars. After a security briefing, you will drive the snowmobile yourself if you have signed up as a driver. This means YOU control the speed. Risks are minimized by running the excursions under the supervision of professional guides. The group always follows guides on dedicated snowmobile trails. It is important to follow the instructions that are given at the beginning of the ride.

How should we be dressed?

Consult our ''What to wear'' page.

How old do we have to be to drive?

To be a driver, participants have to be 18 years and older with a valid automobile driver’s license.

Is my driving approbatory license accepted?

Yes, an approbatory (probationary / G2) driver’s license is accepted. However, please make sure to bring a government-issued photo ID along with your license.

Highlights

More information

Our snowmobiling private tours starts with a suiting-up session where all the equipment will be provided. You will then take a short driving lesson on your Bombardier Ace Expedition Sport snowmobile (600 and 900 cc), with heated grips, and a summary of the safety instructions will follow. We have a variety of trails to choose from. Some are straight and flat, others wind through the hills.

Nordic experience (2h)

During the ride, you will stop and get the chance to take pictures of the beautiful Laurentian mountains. You will see local farms, forests, lakes and streams. Our guides will choose the trail based on the trail conditions and the experience of the group.

Nordic experience - Half day (3h)

Our Mont-Tremblant half day guided snowmobile tour includes 3 hours of snowmobiling through the forests and mountains of the Laurentians.

Nordic experience - Full day (5h30)

Spend the whole day on the mountain and valley trails of the Laurentians on our full-day tour. Stop for lunch at a restaurant located just off of the trails. Then hit the trails again with your guide where you will find a wide variety of beautiful scenery.
*Lunch at the restaurant is not included. Box lunches are not allowed.
