Important information

When should I reserve?

Reservations can be made a few days in advance or even on the day of activity.

What should I wear?

Consult our What to wear information page.

What is an electric bike?

There are many electronic scooters that not require physical effort and rarely have pedals. Electric Bicycles are true bicycles, operation of the pedals is needed to progress further. The battery of the Electric Bike sends its power to the motor, to amplify the movement of the pedals. Therefore, the motor is limited in its assistance and does not distort the primary function of the bicycle. While riding you can use the motor to amplify the performance by 25% to 300% of the power you deploy, essentially making the rider a “bionic cyclist”.

Are there trails near the bike shop?

Yes, our bike rental shop is located next to the Petit Train du Nord trail, which is one of the longest biking trail in Mont-Tremblant. Mountain biking trails are also easily accessible.

Can we bike in the winter?

Yes, our fatbikes are ideal for our winters. Their very thick tires adhere perfectly to the snow.

Is the helmet included?

Yes.

Highlights

More information

Fatbikes are built for the outdoors — wide tires grip sand, mud, snow, and gravel, while front suspension absorbs the bumps. Whether you’re heading out with the family on a flat paved trail or pushing deeper into the forest on a snowy singletrack, these bikes are up for it.

In summer, the region comes alive with over 50 km of fat bike trails weaving through Laurentian forest and along the shores of Lake Tremblant. The iconic Parc Linéaire Le P’tit Train du Nord runs 200 km from Saint-Jérôme to Mont-Laurier, mixing paved and unpaved surfaces for a ride that never gets old. The 11.6 km La Villageoise-de-Mont-Tremblant trail connects Tremblant resort to Mont-Tremblant Village — a great out-and-back that’s accessible for everyone.

In winter, those same trails transform into a snow-covered playground. We have more than 50 km of groomed and natural fat bike trails ranging from easy to expert, winding through forest and up into the mountains. We’ll set you up with everything you need including ski goggles, a helmet, and a trail map via the Ondago app. When you’re done, warm up around our campfire with a hot chocolate.

Who is this for

Our regular Fatbikes are a great fit for beginners and families — there’s no prior cycling experience required and the wide tires do a lot of the work for you on varied terrain. The physical effort is low to moderate; you set your own pace.

Our electric Fatbikes are ideal for intermediate riders who want to cover more ground or tackle hillier terrain with less effort. The electric assist makes for a far less strenuous ride, but you still need to be comfortable handling a bike on trails.
